This is a no nonsense account of how I try to live to improve my mental health from the food I eat to the things I buy to make life a little brighter.

In addition to this, I’ll talk about the elements of life that I find toxic and work against recovery.  I’ll show how I’m trying replace negative ‘quick fix’ habits with good sustainable ones.

It covers all those trials and tribulations that can impact wellbeing.  It will help you realise that you’re not alone in becoming anxious about the world we live in.
